My passion for horses must have started before I was even born. My earliest memories are being totally fascinated and awed by the beauty of the equine species. The motivation I have to be with these animals has always been overpowering, and my life story is proof.

My mother’s life did not include horses so it was up to me to seek them out and follow my heart. If there was a horse or pony anywhere within a ten mile radius, I knew about it, and befriended it. Bandit, Lady, Dusty, and Shamrock are but a few names and faces that pop into my head as I think back to my childhood. Each with their own history and personality, they taught me valuable lessons that I still remember today. Things I pass on to my students as I share my passion with them. Through the years, I have made many other equine friends and learned many other lessons.

I am grown now, and have a family of my own. Horses are in our blood and it’s wonderful. I fell so lucky to work with these magnificent creatures everyday and cherish the time I spend with other people that share my passion.
